Am I able to get my aux plug-in replaced on my Xbox elite two controller?

Yes it has an aux cord. I have tried two different methods, A.) Plug the usb cord into the Xbox and then plug my headset into the USB adapter cord. And then B.) plugging it into the controller via the 3.5mm jack.

I too am having issues with my elite controller and the plug and play kuts. I have used both the original and braided usb cables to try and charge with no luck.

I have resorted to charging my batteries with my original controller and swapping them to the elite controller. Or if I am with distance to my xbox having it permantly plugged in

Hi sorry to hear, that you have Problems with 3 Elite 2 Controller. I am happy with my Elite 1 Controller, it run perfectly. Can you get an 4. Replacement?

Don't really wanna beat a dead horse but I am also having this problem and I've spoke to two different Microsoft "professionals" that persist on telling me that my mic or controller is the issue when I spent $170 on a new mic and controller. Have open NAT
type tried opening router ports etc not a network issue & not a controller issue. But, for some reason when I plug Samsung earphones into my AUX on my controller, I am able to talk. But since I've spent $100 on a headset I don't feel the need to talk out of
earphones. I've also had this problem for a WHILE now
