    I have had multiple problems with my account but at this point I'm just trying to understand why I cant get a reply from someone at xbox live support. I just left a chat with a Dennison C that never replied and after waiting an hour I decided to screenshot
    the chat and leave it. I would like to believe that microsoft cares about its company but refuse to because of the blatant disregard for helping the community. The community of xbox ambassadors is the only help I seem to find so I am reaching out to anyone
    who is able to give an explanation on why I havent been able to get any solid help.

    An example other than the recent chat was another time when i was playing R6S with some friends and someone on the team who we had just met. The teammate that we had met was harrassing us and continuously cussing over live communication. And after the game
    we all reported him and blocked him. But because I sent him a message saying he was being reported he was able to tell all of his friends or use other accounts in order to give me a suspension by reporting me multiple times for harassment, unsporting behavior,
    my gamertag and my gamer picture. When i tried reaching out to xbox support and ask them why they thought I was being suspended they told me it was a case able to be appealed and will continue to be suspended for the next 24 hours and no other help was given.
    No reason for why and no response to my question.

    I would very much like to understand how to properly voice my concerns and have them be taken into consideration instead of shrugged off as not important enough to be replied to.

    thats becsuse you did NOT follow the right path

    ONE support nor ambassadors have any say on enforcement issues period nor any stated opinions affect your enforcement

    Next time use common sende

    Dont retailiate its thst simple

    No matter how many "friends " report you they cant report you unless you have contact woth them if its a communication suspension

    It dorsnt matter who starts the fight ir you retailiate it only takes one valid report

    Not 20 not 100 only 1

    Xbox Support can not actually help with enforcement issues. As for being multiple reported to get a suspension, it doesn't work like that. Every report is investigated by the Enforcement team and if you haven't violated the code of conduct/terms of use you
    will not get suspended. You assume that the suspension relates to this incident, it may just coincide and could be for something done at an earlier time.

    I would suggest reading all information contained here https://enforcement.xbox.com and as stated if you come up against toxic players, report, mute, block and never respond. Responding
    can open you up to a suspension, it doesn't matter who started an argument, if a violation occurs and it gets reported as suspension will be handed out.

    I understand more now that i will never use the messaging system as ive only sent nice messages recently, mostly just saying gg, to others and have still been suspended. Thank you for replying so soon and for your honest answer.

    I don't know but if it is just a 24 hour or so ban just take it. Next time just report and block. I never text unless its to complement others. To many trolls .
