am i able to call a nuber to help with account recovery?

Hi thanks for helping but this is the exact thing iv'e tried but have been ignored and unfortunatly the account i am trying to recovery is also one that is used for my fathers work i'm mainly doing it due to playing on xbox with the account but the account form that i use feels like it's being ignored which is probebly what is happening which won't surprise me and i was hoping for a non auto-response.
