    No one here has the power to unban anyone. They would have to try submitting a case review on the enforcement site.

    I think you meant you blocked a friend and now you want to unblock. Just search for your friend's gamertag, open their profile and you will see an option to unblock.

    If you blocked them from your friends list then yes.

    If you received a suspension then no.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your friend's account is suspended, and you would like to know if you can remove the suspension. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The suspensions are issued out by the Xbox
    Enforcement Team. They are the only ones that are able to manage enforcement actions on an account. Your friend can attempt to

    submit a case review     through the enforcement website. The enforcement team will review the appeal and take the appropriate action. We hope this information helps!
