    Am having issues with my Xbox one it won't let me on or online it's saying I've connected to the internet but it's saying having service issues it's been like this for a few days now wondering what is going on? But every time I try go on the support
    Microsoft website it's not letting me,

    do you have more than one profile on the xbox if does the same thing happen.

    also you could try removing the profile and adding it back

    I've only got 1 profile, i can't get on it as ive resest it but now cant get on my Xbox
    [Mod removed- inappropriate] stop, I've wireless internet connection in it says ive got internet but having issues with it overall, strange its never done this before. Been trying to get it on most of the night still not letting me on I've
    bought new games and everything other day feel like I've wreaked my console now and wasted money on it 😕

    Xbox one issues I am having

    Step 1: Turn on your Xbox

    Step 2: Go to Setting>All settings>Account>Remove account>Select account>Remove.

    Step 3: Hold power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds or until you hear it fully shut off.

    Step 4: Unplug console, then power supply, then wall.

    Step 5: Wait 2 minutes.

    Step 6 plug it the wall, power supply, then Xbox.

    Step 7: Wait until the light on the power supply turn from white to orange.

    Step 8: One power supply is on orange turn Xbox on

    Step 9: Download the accounts again.

    Step 10: If this works for you then enjoy your gaming.

    I am having this wierd power issue with my xbox one

    i have the same issue.With mine it works fine when i use netflix or Hulu.However when i start to play a game in about 15 minutes it shuts down"I have timed it and almost 15 min. on the dot every time".then i have to unplug it,wait a bit,plug it back in.It
    works fine again and will go all day till i start playing a GAME. WTF!Befoe anyone say it,Yes i have reset the system more than once trying to get it worked out.Hope i dont have to send it in to get fixed....UFC is out in a few days.
