    always quits to desktop while loading a puzzle


    i cant blieve it, I made a complete new windows 8.1 installation on a new partiton but the problem still there: when the puzzle is loading (after 30% on the loading bar) it crashes to the desktop without any failure message, minesweeper crahes too in adventure

    yes I did everything mentioned (no app updates available), but always happens the same thing: crash to the desktop while loading adventure mode

    I can play MS Jigsaw on my Surface Pro 4. But when I try to play on my desktop computer, I can log on to my account and see my puzzles. But when I try to load a puzzle, it hangs on the Loading screen.

    Please try the solutions offered in our FAQ, specifically the ones related to manually checking for Windows updates. Game crashes on launch are often the result of missing Windows updates.

    This is exactly was is happening to me. Now I can't even load puzzles that I've nearly completed, very frustrating, it gets to the very end when loading and then just goes back to the desktop.

    I always have to do it twice. The first time I click to load a puzzle, I get the revolving circle and not the ad. I close it and do it again and the ad comes up and plays then the puzzle loads. It does this every time for me. The puzzle never loads on the first try. I use my own pics to make puzzles or get pic off the net.

    Huh, I'm getting a weird issue with DC: Spotlight where it loads up, goes to the Music Downloads Are Not Rated the ESRB screen, then "crashes" back to desktop. it also takes quite a while to move through each of these steps, and took a while to move through
    purchasing. Is anyone else having this issue/is this an issue with Microsoft's servers?
