    I can not log in to the Alto's Adventure game. Until the afternoon everything was normal, but when I went to play the night appears the message informing that it is not possible to log in to xbox live,
    even opening the game inside the xbox of windows 10 that is already logged in my account. Note that all other games work normally. The error code is 0x8015DC12. I'm waiting for a solution, thank you

    I have the same issue. Tried re-installing the game and installed on different computer, but still same problem. Once it downloaded my progress to the other computer, even though it didn't let me log in to play.

    Thank you for contacting Forum support.

    I suggest you to run the app
    troubleshooter    :

    1. Press
      Windows Key+X.
    2. Click
      Control Panel.
    3. Select
      Troubleshooting.
    4. On the left pane, click on
      View All.
    5. Click on
      Windows Store app
      to run the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Also, please try: to perform a
    clean
    boot    , this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10.

    Hello Kingman HK,

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your game not detecting your latest saved data. To troubleshoot this, please delete your locally saved game and restart your console. Here's how to do so:

    1. On Home, select My games & apps.
    2. Highlight the game, press the Menu buttonon your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.
    3. In the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down to Saved data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the A buttonon your controller.
    4. You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:
      • Delete from console removes the local copy of this save. You can get it from the cloud the next time you play.

    When your console restarts, launch your game and the console will sync your latest saved data from the cloud. For more information on cloud saves check out:
