Although i have 51500 points pending, there's no early deposit button

I have 51500 pending point and i would like to use it on some deals that end before the 30th of this month so i was trying to ask for an early deposit but there's no button or ''date below''. I've been talking with support for an hour but they couldn't help.

Unable to request early deposit

I have 5,750 credits pending and I would like them deposited in to my account before the usual 30th of the month. It says "Tired of waiting? If you’ve got at least 1,000 Credits pending, you can make an early deposit request for the date shown below." but
there's no date shown below, and there's no early deposit request button. I've requested early deposit before, but now the button just isn't there. Can I get some help getting this deposited in my account soon? Thanks!

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000, they are already scheduled for
a deposit.

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

Hi Everyone!

Are the points showing pending on your account or not at all?

I have them pending but the button for requesting an early deposit is gone as well as the next deposit date!

Can someone from Xbox answer here???

The early deposits are only early in the fact that they are scheduled for a deposit before needing 5,000 pending first. Otherwise the credits would just remain pending until you have 5,000. Even with a deposit request, the credits are not deposited earlier
than the scheduled deposit dates.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit events happened around the beginning of this month, they will be deposited in the end of month deposit (the payback from last month was slightly delayed, which is why it was not deposited in the mid-month deposit).

Support will double check, but keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are scheduled to deposit by the 30th of the month. If you get
to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are scheduled to be deposited by the 15th of the next month.
