there’s a guy sending threats and insults from another account so their main account doesnt get banned, the alt is communication banned, but their main is up. What do i do?

You can block and report as well as go to your settings and block any future harassment in you profile preference

You can report their account and explain why in the box. It would be up to the enforcement team to take care of it from there.

That is a horriable thing you should report both accounts and i wish you the best of luck im so sorry do t take any of the stuff he said personally just a bad guy or girl good luck

If the person is only using one alternative account, block and mute both accounts, so the person can't message you, and Xbox Live tries not to matchamake you with that person.

If the person constantly creates different accounts to harass you, you can go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings and temporarily set your online and privacy settings to "Friends Only", so only known people on your friend list can message you.

Alternatively: Continue reporting alternative accounts harassing you. If enough alternative accounts have been banned and the Enforcement team finds that they were created on a single console, Microsoft will eventually ban the whole console.

Keep reporting and blocking. I would also add what the main account is a d that the other accounts are fake one from the main one.
