    Hello. I've had my account banned for some time now. Since 2010 I believe. And I'd really like to get my account back so I can buy an xbox one! The account in question is k0m0t0. Connected to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I have several thousands of dollars worth of content
    on the account, along with some items no longer available on the marketplace. And simply creating a new account is not an option for me. I made the account back in 2002, and I miss it dearly...

    I know that i can no longer submit a case review as it's been over 12 months. But there has to be some other way? To this day, I still have no idea why the account was banned in the first place. It has a very good standing, and I was never rude online. Nor
    have I ever cheated, or even known how to cheat. I was a very average gamer.

    I know this is a long shot. But I guess I'm hoping for a Christmas miracle. Happy holidays!

    Nope. I've never received a message and the place where it says the reason is simply blank. I've never heard any word from any person as to why I was banned. Again, I was a very standard player with a good reputation and no way to cheat.

    Account bans are permanent and usually warranted.

    They would have notified you why the account was banned.

    It's a really bad system I feel. To not even know what I did wrong is simply mind boggling. And the fact that I was spending thousands of dollars a year on xbox products, to simply have them not let me give them money anymore is a baffling business move.
    I know I'm not the only one in this boat. I kinda wonder how much Microsoft is losing each year by permanently banning users for literally no reason?

    Even though you can no longer submit a case review, you should still be able to see the reason for you banning listed on the enforcement site. The enforcement site do not issue
    bans for no reason.

    If u been ban for that long your not gonna get your account back i know people that have theere account ban for 8years. And they never got there account back
