So i tried to do what the firsy suggestion said about setting your network setting to manual and rest etc. But it didnt work for me, it still keeps telling me that "this profile cant connect to xbox Live on this console. To fix it download it again.:" ...
i dont know what to do, please help

Hey yEs I ARe EMeRy! Are you able to sign in to the account if you press the Menu and View buttons after launching a back compat game? Give that a shot and let us know how it goes!

Hi there. I have the same issue and i cant download my profile on Xbox 360 because i cant access Xbox live. Issue also presents itself on the Xbox One and Series when playing Xbox 360 games.
