There's a good chance since you did place a pre-order that you will get the other Key when the pre-order officially releases. If this is not the case you will have to make a ticket so an official member of the xbox team can provide further support.

Yet on the xbox store for ultimate edition it says you will receive instant early access yet the game has been released and I still did not receive the code! False advertising.

As mentioned in the description of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition, codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will go out 7-10 days after your pre-purchase of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Since you just bought it, please post a new thread if you don't get
