Dear ALL.

I would like to inform you, that how i can purchased the XBOX One games, i already load 50 US Dollar to redeem code/gift card. but its difficult, i try many time, but i cannot purchased the games i want to play.. i cannot used it . I try the Payment
option but nonsense... when i click the buy. he told me add profile address or next, but we need profile address every time USA, NO ASIA or meddle east no option or the redeem code or money i put in micro soft....

Purchased season one of "Man Seeking Woman", but not authorized to play

Used a US based Xbox One, purchased through the US Xbox One store, but I cannot play series because I am not authorized. Odd that Microsoft didn't have authorization problems taking my money. Please unlock what I have already paid for.

Dark Souls 3 Load Game Problem

When I update my xbox yesterday because i am insider dark souls 3 cannot load my save game any idea? I reinstall game and reset xbox but it's dosen't help

Sorry to hear it. However, US currency can only be used for US purchases. If you want to make purchases for Asia or Middle East your account must be set to that region and you must add the proper currency to be used.

no you cannot use your microsoft balance on the epic store on pc, they are different stores and in no way connected

if you require vbucks or addons then load the game up on xbox and purchase in game.

The problem where it says I need to purchase the game in inside the game, it loads up and everything but it says inside the game at the loading screen I need to purchase the game. all the above methods did not work.

Big bang having same problems with tracks not loading. Microsoft dont give a *** cause they already get your money. They can stick horizon 2 where the sun doesnt shine

I wouldn't say that, Many gamers do not have Xbox Game Pass, so cannot access the vast games that are available on that service, and may not have the money to purchase their own games, so Games With Gold is their only source of games.
