Kindly confirm if your purchased Minecraft game is showing up on your Microsoft account by signing in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History > Select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

If you have found the Minecraft transactions, use the same Microsoft email address to log in to Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the transaction, try to check your other Microsoft email accounts' Order History.

Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that the Minecraft game was accidentally purchased on one of their accounts.

Now when i go to play minecraft its saying the ssme thing. This is so annoying. Ive not had game pass in over a year. Ive bought these games outside of gamepass. Ive owned minecraft for a very long time. This is so annoying. Please fix this microsoft!

Having achievements for a game doesn't necessarily mean that you've purchased it on that account. You could have played it at a friends house, another family member on your console could have purchased it, you could have purchased it on another account,
etc.

You're saying you've looked at your download history,and the game is not listed there. I'm not asking you to go to the game and try to purchase it, I'm asking you to look at your download history, two very different things. If you've confirmed by looking at
your download history that it doesn't show up there then you will need to
contact phone support if you're sure that you purchased it on this account.

Please go to your Download history and check for the game there. Please remember that you can only download the game from the account you purchased it on.

You can check your download history by going to your Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History.
