Alpha update for Xbox oneX stuck with update error

My OneX is not updating time played for all of my games. Most recently, NBA 2k20 (stuck at 6 days, 5 h and 48 minites for last 10+ hours played).

I track 2k time for a specific reason every year. This is a bummer.

Any known fix?

I have the same problem. My Xbox is on Alpha Update and i always get an error where I try to use the announcement. It says something about an HTTP: error.

Hey Alpha, that actually suggests that you're trying to update without a memory device attached. Is the HDD still removed from the console? You can get a full list of update error codes and their meanings

This happened to my OneX after an update. Was not a pleasant experience. I hope a hard reset fixes your issue.
