Alpha skip ahead update failure error fix...

So after some time messing around trying everything after what seems to be a bad update, I've found a way through trial and error to ressurect our consoles and get back up and running on the insider builds again:

*Right, the only way I found to get it to work is to do a hard reset, turn the xbox off, unplug for 5 to 10 minutes, go to your insiders app on your Windows PC ( you may have to download it from the windows store thing ) and unenroll from the beta. This will allow you to boot your console and update to the toll back firmware once you've turned the console back on.

I lost everything on the console but its alive again. I think I'm staying away from insider program for a bit.

I'm clueless as to why it borked in the first place, but better safe than sorry.

Any questions feel free to ask and I'll try and help. I'm by no means qualified, however after spending last few days battling this I don't have answers as to why just a way that worked in my situation to get it up and running again...for now.*

Once you've followed this and it's back up and running if you wish to remain on insider program reinstall the app on the console and DONT select skip ahead thats where the issue lies in my opinion....Go with Xbox Update Preview Beta. My guess as to why this works is as good as yours, but yes it'll be up and running again.

I wouldn't attempt Alpha Skip Ahead until its fixed.

I'm not a professional but this is what worked for me and two other people here today.

Hopefully a fix will be sent soon.
