Alpha Skip-Ahead Screen draw issue

So I am already in the middle of reporting it but I have seen this occur during a gameplay session and on start up.

While playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint and going to Maria, a gun vendor in the game located in Erewohn. Whenever the game starts to go to the vendor interface it will draw the current content block, the first gun select label for purchase and then after about 5 to 10 seconds the rest of the screen will draw in/appear.

At first I thought it was a game bug but then I noticed it occurs during a cold boot or instant on boot to the XBox dashboard that sometimes just the first square appears of the UI (Group B) and then after a similar delay the rest of the UI appears. Not sure if there is extra debugging code that is tripping the delay or if it is a bug.

I am reporting it either way but just thought I would share my experiences.
