Alpha ring- achievement tracker list stays on screen

Thanks for keeping us updated. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Game Pass Quests not registering. If you haven't already, I recommend checking out this page for more information and FAQs:

• How do I track my progress and see if I completed my quests?
  • Open the Microsoft Rewards app to see your progress. Your Xbox Game Pass quest will have a green check mark when complete.
    
• How do I track achievement progress while I play?
  • To check your achievements progress on a game you’re currently playing, open the guide and select
    Achievements. To display your progress while you play, select
    Turn achievement tracker on. Select Configure tracker to choose the location of the tracker on the screen, the number of achievements to track (up to 5), and the tracker transparency. If you’re not currently playing a game, you can
    access all your achievements by opening the guide and selecting Achievements. Choose
    Next achievements for those you’re closest to unlocking, or
    Recent achievements for the ones most recently unlocked. To launch the game related to any achievement, highlight the achievement and press the
    X button.

It looks like you have the achievement tracker on. To turn it off, go to the game achievements guide (as normal, by pressing the Xbox guide button on your controller). From here, there should be an option to enable/disable “Achievement tracker”.

There’s also a settings icon next to it where you can change the location of the tracker (where it appears on the screen), transparency and number of achievements it shows (1-5).

If you still see the achievement tracker after doing this, restart your console.

i am from Germany ....

Now i want to join Alpha Ring, but Microsoft Support tells me, the only way i can join Alpha Ring ist via Invite from another People in the Alpha Ring.

But i dont know anyone in Alpha Ring.

What can i do to join Alpha Ring in XBOX Insider Hub?

Previously, before there were rings, you had to be invited by someone already in the "Xbox Preview Program" as it was called back then.

This was then changed to the Xbox Insider Program, and anyone was able to join by installing the Xbox Insider App, and anyone is allowed to choose a ring up to Beta.

Alpha and Alpha Skip Ahead are only available by invitation from someone at Microsoft, and only if new free slots are available.

You will have to "earn" the privilege to be considered by providing regular and quality feedback, and hope that there are Alpha/Skip Ahead members that provided less feedback, and are removed from the Alpha/Skip Ahead rings.

So the only thing we can suggest is to be patient, and to continue participating in the available activities, and wait for the invitation.

I understand your frustration, everyone on Alpha Skip Ahead now has the new home screen experiment and 50% of the users in alpha ring have it these were chosen at
random and nothing to do with level and XP.

Within the next two weeks, everyone on alpha ring will have the new home screen, the reason that only 50% of users got it was for A/B testing to compare how like-minded insiders use the old home screen compared
to the new one to see what features can be removed or moved to another position on the home screen.

Even though it might seem that you are not getting the latest features and that you are not helping but that's not the truth you are making Xbox the best experience to play.
