Alpha Preview - Anyone else have this issue where you’re downloading a game and put it on...

I'm in preview Alpha and have subs to both Gold and Game pass. Where can I find the ultimate game pass?

I’m guessing you’re part of the preview program specifically alpha or alpha skip ahead I have had the same issue for what seems like 2-2 1/2 weeks I’ve contacted MICROSOFT three times removed my account and re-downloaded 3 time it and hard reset 12 times
There is no fix besides factory reset is what I’ve been told I wanna perform a factory reset because it’s not good to do to your Console I’ve had issues with previous Xbox ones where if you factory reset it’ll
[Mod Removed- Profanity] up hardware They told me it was an isolated case and to file a report with in the insider hub Two updates later this month within a week and still no fix I would try and contact them on compensation that’s what I have
done

Console is in alpha preview,

I've tried on hardwire and WiFi.

Issue started few days ago.

I can't think of much else to try besides clearing the profiles and removing console from preview.

Appreciate anything you can suggest

This has been a known issue for a while now and acknowledged by the Xbox Preview team and were testing a fix for this issue in the Alpha ring back in December. Since then, there has been no updates but based on this

article I'm assuming the issue was resolved in the Alpha ring preview update but doesn't seem to have gone live yet. There could have been some setbacks or the issue re-surfaced.

This was being tested in the Alpha ring, which is the first ring to test preview updates and requires an invitation to join, and has preview updates with the potential to have the most bugs so it's possible it's stalled in the Alpha ring.

My suggestion is to report the issue through the Xbox Insider Hub app, which you can do so by the report a problem option in the power menu after you have the app downloaded.

If you join the Insider program, eventually it should get pushed to the other preview rings and you can get the fix in an upcoming preview update before it would go live.
