Alpha - OS 10.0.19041.1927 (rs_xbox_release_2004.200415-0000)

Hi. Have a Xbox One S and I am an Alpha Insider. My Xbox One S is on OS 10.0.19041.1927 (rs_xbox_release_2004.200415-0000). I am with some problems with my dash, because my xbox is too slow in the dashboard, games crashing and I need some help. I did the System Update with pendrive like the support page says, but it didn't work. An error E101 appeared. I believe this OSU1 isn't compatible with my OS/Build. Someone can help me?

I'm having the exact same issue since April 8th 2020. Also Alpha insider. I eventually formatted my hard drive on pc and re-partitioned the hdd with all data correctly only to discover that the internal 8gb flash drive has a os version with a later release dtae than any that are available now for offline update. so it's a waiting game and hoping it will work then. I kicked the insider program. I am not a ginny pig for microsoft at my own expense since the cost to have this fixed is beyond economical repair from south africa. Please advise all your friends on your friends list to check their insider status and drop it if they wish to save their consoles.

 

Ok go to Xbox Support and download the new OSU1 I see they have updated it the last update was 5.3GB the new update since 21 April 2020 is 5.1GB
