    Almost every backwards compatible Call of Duty signs me out in the middle of a match.


    Black ops 2, MW3 and MW2 have all been disconnecting me from xbox live while playing. Black Ops 1 and World at War both work flawlessly along with every Series X and XB1 game. But those specific 360 cods do not work. Been having this issue for months and nothing has worked. I have tried clearing 360 cache, resetting my xbox, using a different account, using different DNS, everything. I need a fix for this. I have tried digital and disc versions, installing on internal and external, everything. I need a solution.

    I appreciate all your efforts in trying to get it fixed. There's a possibility that it's still a network issue. Those games may not be able to connect to their servers due to network configuration issue.

    To further isolate the issue, try to switch from your current connection from wired to wireless or vice versa. If possible, use a different network or internet source like mobile data hotspot. Don't forget to reset your modem/router by turning them off and unplugging it from the power source and wait few minutes before turning it back on.

    Since only COD games are being affected, then most likely the issue is coming from the game's server. If you have tried everything and it is still doing the same thing, please contact Activision support https://support.activision.com/options for further assistance.

    Sorry, Call of Duty Modern Warfare isn't compatible yet on the Xbox One. It maybe in the future though. The following Call of Duty titles are supported:
