    Almost DAILY xbox system updates


    For the past 3 or 4 weeks I have been receiving almost daily updates on my Xbox One X.

    I just had one pushed to me in the middle of a ranked game so I am now suspended from the game.

    This is absolutely **** ridiculous.

    1. I cannot understand why my console would need a system update more than once a month let alone 3-4 times a week.

    2. How can you justify not having a check to see if you're in the middle of a game before pushing an unavoidable update that will render my console unusable for 10-20 minutes.

    3. Why are these updates not schedulable so I can set them to do it when I am asleep, not in the middle of a RANKED GAME.

    Are you in the preview program? Updates are released frequently for preview members.
    i'm not in the preview program, i got my xbox from a friend who was on it but i could only guess that whatever it was when he joined was still on the system so im getting updates like crazy pretty much every day or so and its really annoying.

    yeah im getting them too and if its not everyday its every other day. I'm not sure what microsoft is doing but i think they need to either fix the problem with these constant updates or they need to chill out and work out some way to give out updates once
    or twice throughout the week or whichever. My internet is crappy enough as it is and when i get an update it takes damn near forever to get it updated. So Microsoft, slow your roll please, this is not a race to see who can get the most updates out there in
    one week.
