Allow variable refresh rate greyed out

Hello I just purchased a new LG Nano95 8K TV that supports variable refresh rate but no matter what I do I cannot select the option as it is greyed out and unselectable on my Xbox series X

The VRR mentioned there may possibly be a copy/paste error maybe....found a discussion about VRR on the NANO95 product line on a review website (just need to scroll down the page):

Well, the LG page of that particular model makes no mention of VRR which would usually indicate it is not a feature:

Edit: I have been looking around and none of the other NANO95 models have VRR either...the have ALLM (Auto low Latency Mode), not VRR

In order for us to assist you further can you please provide the exact model number of your TV. This can be found on the rear of your TV, the box or the TV manual. If you purchased (or viewed this TV online), you get the model number from here too.

Note that the manual may also mention other models of your TV, which may not relate to yours.

As with many TV's, model numbers and specifications can differ between models sold in different territories/countries.

As noted above, we need to know the exact model of your TV. Some NANO95 models support VRR, some don't...as an example, here's 2 NANO95s, one supporting VRR, the other not:

Supports VRR:
