Allow removal of game data from Xbox One profile

I think its time for Microsoft to consider something new for the next Xbox one update. I have some games that I barely play anymore that appear on my profile with zero gamer score. To me, it serves no purpose whatsoever and I tried
deleting it. However, I find it quite strange that even when I delete these games, the data doesn't go away. Why is that? All I want is for it to be removed PERMANENTLY.

Hey there nachoz87!

When you say delete account, do you mean remove profile? In the thread suggestion above, they are referring to removing your profile from your console. Doing this will not delete your saved data. Your gamertag and Microsoft account will still exist online
along with saved games, privacy settings, gamerscore and achievements. All of this data will be recovered when you download your profile to your Xbox One console. You can find more information and the steps to remove your profile on our Remove

Hi there,

If you erase your saved data locally from the hard drive you will not lose your saved data forever. That is the benefit of the Xbox Live Cloud Storage in that you always have your data backed up automatically as long as you are connected to Xbox Live.

You will need to delete the saved data locally or re-install the game to re-sync your data. First check to see you have a saved data profile in the game management. Press the Menu button over the game, then select Manage Game. On the following screen you
should see a tab that says Saved Data, there you will see your gamertag with a file size for the data. Confirm you see something there.

Try removing your profile and re-adding it to download your account data again from the servers:

If you remove your account from the console and reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One (chose reset and remove everything) nothing will remain from your saved data or downloaded games in the said console.

To remove your account from console:

On xbox one, i don't see data about 360 game. I can only delete something named "reserved data".

I've delete all xbox 360 data from "system-> stockage" option.

So profiles was redownloaded but with the corrupted save.

The game says i can remove it from xbox but like it's a xbox 360 game (included in Rare replay), maybe acces 360 data will be possible in november...
