    Sorry to hear about this issue, it's possible that a power cycle might fix the issue.

    Even though the Xbox Live status page says everything is fixed now, there might still be a few people dealing with issues, hopefully those issues won't persist for very long.

    You may also want to try clearing the MAC address or doing a factory reset keeping games and apps.
