All xbox one games missing library totally empty "we're having trouble getting your stuff right now"

It was showing my games i owned and had downloaded. However, all games i owned and did not have downloaded were missing.

The i contacted support and they fixed that problem by making it so none of my games were showing and my hard drive was 50%. They accomplished this by having me unlink and relink my account. That did not help so they had me reset the xbox and retain games. That worked no more games at all even ones that were downloaded taking up hard disk space. This took over 2 hours and i was in a worse place than i had started with xbox support. So i gave up after the third operator/support agent/whom ever tried taking me through all the same steps.

Since i could not see the games that were using space on my xbox i did a full reset. This gained me the space back and i went to download a game. The store reflected "you own this game" however it was not showing in "my library". Now that it is downloaded it is the only game showing.

thus steps tried:

power cycle

delete account

relink account

delete all accounts

power cycle

relink my account

reset xbox keep games

power cycle xbox

delete account

relink account

reset xbox and delete all

power cycle

delete account

relink account

also one of the Chat help at xbox had me change my avatar thinking that would help i don't know how but i did it anyway.

along with this in the "full library" devoid of all apps and games i own, it says "we're having trouble getting your stuff right now" with a button "try again" i have clicked that one to excess.

the only odity i have notice aside from ALL of my apps and games missing is when resetting up my account it says something to the effect of "make this your home console" the states "you have used 5/6 times this year" now i am not sure if each step of relinking to same xbox counted or that is a clue as to why this is not working but i only have the 1 xbox.

The problem persists going on a week (that i have noticed perhaps longer).

Edit: Just as i posted this another odity perhaps: my gamer tag displayed here is an old one and not the same as what it currently is. Maybe that has something to do with it.

We understand that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox One games missing from your library. We truly understand how frustrating this can be, especially if you have a lot of games on your console.

Perform these steps below that might help you to have your games back.

1. Check your internet connection: Make sure your Xbox One is connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable. You can test your connection by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test network connection. Provide me a screenshot or picture of the result of the TEST NETWORK.

2. Clear the Persistent Storage. To do this, follow the steps:

- Press the Xbox button to open the Guide.
- Go to Xbox Settings
- Go to Devices and Connection
- Select Blu-ray
- Select Persistent storage
- Select Clear Presistent storage
- Do it for 3 times

3. Clear the Alternate Mac address. To do this, follow the steps:
- Press the Xbox button to open the Guide.
- Go to Xbox Settings
- Go to Network Settings
- Select Advanced Settings
- Select Alternate Mac address
- Select Clear Alternate Mac address
- Select Restart

Still nothing. I wanted to be clear(er), I have my friends, when I go to store if i rememeber a missing game the store says "you own this". Just no library... This is a huge issue I might be done with xbox. Steam never lost any games.

Ha! This one had me going for a while. Could not figure out why I was able to make "illegal" moves. Now that I know there is an empty column on the right side (how did I miss that !) it all makes sense and I completed it in seconds.
