All windows store games i have installed run bad

Hi,

I recently bought the game pass on my xbox and since i recently got a gaming pc i downloaded some games from the microsoft store, but every game i find runs at like 14 fps.

Now i know my computer can run these games, ive done research and looked around to see others see better fps. No matter what settings or resolution i put it on changes the frames at all, it only hovers from 11 to 14 fps

I did try one game, Final Fantasy XV on both the windows store version, and a version i borrowed from a friend, on the windows store version it ran at 14 fps but if i leave the same settings (all high 900p) and move over to the other version i can push 60 fps
and sometimes more.

i had the same problem with FF XV couple months ago, i updated my graphic card driver and i got fixed.

I had the same problem. No matter what game I tried, it would have noticeable input lag, low fps with audio/visual stutters.

The issues stemmed from AMD Radeon Software for me. Turning off instant replay fixed all of the issues. This might also be the case with instant gif and in-game replay.

I'm having the same issue with Windows 10. I've tried all of the above. I talked for an hour with a support person and couldn't resolve it.
Games still won't install or run. But after leaving it all night I managed to somehow install an application from the windows store.
