All weapons without DLC

How did the Battlefield DLC weapons worked for people without the DLC? Anybody know?

If I understand correctly you have received all of the weapons and unlocks for all of the weapons for the base Battlefield game and did not receive the weapons from the DLC packs.

The DLC was not designed to do this. It was intended to unlock all of the weapons etc, in the base game ie without the inclusion of DLC weapons this is both because this pack was released before all of the DLC and people may not have these other DLC's.

Also note that they do in fact specify exactly what you will receive upon purchase.

The Ultimate Pack tells you you will receive all the contents of the other shortcut packs and if you take one as an
example, the
Kit Shortcut Bundle, you can see it specifies 39 weapons and gadgets and lists the weapons.

You will just have to be more careful in the future and read exactly what you are getting before you purchase them.

I'm guessing the Peacekeeper is a zombies weapon. It'd be cool to add new weapons to MP DLC, but I won't hold my breath. It would require an update for everyone so that people without the DLC would still be able to play. It would likely also make it so
the DLC weapon would get dropped and be able to be used by those without the DLC. It's likely too much of a headache to write into the code for MP... but then again maybe not.

This COD has really catered to what the players have said they wanted it seems, thus all teh little tweaks in the pick 10, perk modifications, etc. Many have always said it would be cool to have a DLC weapon for MP... so it's entirely possible they're catering
to us again. We'll see.

I think the weapon is definitely for MP. Other CoDs have never advertised Zombie weapons like advertised here. Games like Battlefield 3 can add (LOTS) of guns as DLC so I don't see why it can't be done in CoD. Just make a mandatory update for all players,
and make it so only DLC owners can equip the gun from the creat a class menu. Other players without the DLC can pick up the gun and use it but can't get any challenges with it or rank it up. Simples.

nope, after the Signature Weapon Pack dlc...that is all for the DLC for Revelations
