All the new stuff disappeared from a world I bought on the minecraft marketplace.

If you reinstall Minecraft, you won't lose any Minecoins or anything you bought from the Minecraft Marketplace. However, you may have to reinstall worlds and texture packs you bought. You also won't lose any worlds downloaded to your system. You will be able to install it again by following these steps:

Go to My Games & Apps>Full Library>All Owned Games, and you can reinstall it there.

Minecraft on Xbox One X.

Following the recent update to version 1.14, ALL of my son's purchased content (texture packs, maps, skins) has disappeared. All of his worlds are present, so clearly he is signed-in appropriately.

This is clearly unacceptable - does anyone know what is going on?

Same thing happened to my account 😥😥 all my skins, packs, and add on worlds I bought from the shop are gone, just not my other saved worlds

You have to delete worlds because your "Minecraft Storage" is full

Edit: just read the whole thing try going to storage and deleting some marketplace stuff

Had the same problem. I had to uninstall all my minecraft launchers from Settings > apps and features. then just reinstall the minecraft launcher from the microsoft store. I still have all my worlds and settings and stuff btw.
