All the games I try to play give Error Multiplayer

is this only happening with one specific person or does it happen with all multiplayer games with random people?

Be sure to check what result the network test on the Xbox Companion App shows via Settings - Network.

Depending on the outcome there might be some steps to try.

it is infinite and im indicating that the multiplayer part of it is only half working. now that we have my kid on a PC we cannot all 3 play multiplayer together. we can all independently play multiplayer but not together in a fireteam without one of us (on PC) getting a network error that will not let them join the game. it always sticks at "loading mode 1%" then right after gives the network error. i have added her PC to my list of devices and all that stuff to try and fix it.

I am in the US, trying to play by myself, I get the same error. I've played multiplayer with other games and never had a problem, but now Halo 5 is giving me trouble.

When i try to play any game online/multiplayer it gives the 'Error. The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live' While i bought 90 days...

There must be something wrong with my internet? anyone can help?
