All of the games I bought and one game that “magically uninstalled on its own” are gone

So, i canceled a optional update for For Honor. My Xbox then uninstalls For Honor. I couldnt find it in my ready to install. I then did what a friend said and restarted my xbox. That caused all of my games in my ready to install to dissapear. I then did
a hard reset and it brought back all of my gameshared games besides For Honor, and also didnt bring back the games I installed. Im very angry and wuite scared at the moment as when i tried to go into the store it said that there was service issues. I dont
know what is happening.

(luckily, i had the game For Honor in my groups section so i did the manage games and add ons and started to install it. I took away the ready to install list from 84 down to 83 though the game never showed up in my ready to install)

Please Help! Xbox One records game play randomly

I have played just about all launch titles and my console will randomly record game play on its own with all of them. Is this an known issue? Or is it improperly recognizing words? Either way its magically recording on its own. Help please!

Games uninstalling

My games have completely uninstalled themselves. I am the only one with curremt access to it and clearly did not choose to do this. I would like to know why my device has done this as Im completely flustered and am considering getting rid of my Xbox and
just keeping my PS4 because now all of my current saves are gone. Not too sure I want to keep a console that deletes all my progress ON ITS OWN WITHOUT MY SAYING SO.

Sort of the same here. It wont let me play any of my purchased games, takes me to the store, says I have to be online to access the store. I am connected to the internet and yes my xbox gold membership is active.

There is currently a service alert up affecting XBL. They are aware of the issue and are working to fix it Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

Occasionally I have the games on my Ready to Install list not show up, it seems to be a sync issue with the server that corrects itself rather quickly, but if you go to the game manually on the store you should be able to download it still. For what its
worth Live is having issues at the moment so that may be why also.

HI,

When you cancel a update before its fully completely updated and installed, the console will delete the game as some updates to the game are at the core basic level of said game. What this means is core game files are updated to reflect/add the new content.
If the new content while being installed gets corrupted to power disconnect or Power reset, or user stopping it, It will re-download the entire game.

I know you probably dont want to hear this but its always best to allow any game updates to finish 100% before trying to play the game.
