All of my Rewards points appear to be in a pending status.

Hi. I followed the instructions on the rewards program FAQs and went to the My Rewards page. All my rewards credits appear as pending. The way my history of pending credits reads it appears that I have not had any credits post since 07/02/14. My pending
balance is 7,250 credits. Is there someone whom can look at my account and assist? I also do not see a 'Request Deposit' button on my page.

Missing 2000 Bing Rewards Points

I received the email sent last December to join Bing Rewards for a 2000 Xbox LIVE Rewards credit which would be deposited on/around January 8, 2014. I joined Bing Rewards (and now nearly have Gold status) yet I never received the 2000 points. When will
I see the 2000 points in my rewards account? (as of January 21, 2014 they do not appear, not even in "Pending").

Support will double check, but the request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they
are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Additionally, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your Credit event that scheduled you for a deposit occurred at the beginning of this month, it will not be deposited until the end of month deposit
cycle. Since you have already been scheduled for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.

Hi calumboo! Have you tried checking the Xbox Live Rewards page? You'll be able to check the status of points awarded and points pending? Try checking there to see if you ever received your points, or not. Here is the link:

They should show as pending on the rewards site. They are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.

no. when I redeemed my vip gems they asked for an email to send the code to redeem the reward points. I'm trying to say its been a few weeks, yet no email. and there is no status of them on the rewards site...
