    All of my Rewards have disappeared!


    A couple days ago I reported that I hadn't received the reward for completing 2 missions this month involving Ghost Recon and spending over $60 on live. Now all of my reward points have disappeared and my vip status reset. What is going on with this system?
    Is there a bug with my account? Why is it so difficult to contact someone?

    Reward Account Reset

    My Xbox Live Rewards account seems to have reset and when I sign in it is acting as if I'm new to the program despite being a member since 2011. All my reward points have disappeared, all my VIP cash back levels have disappeared and the 6000 reward credit
    challenge I should have just complete has disappeared.

    I am very confused. Please help.

    All of my villagers have disappeared?

    I've had the same problem...

    Had a village of breeding villagers, went mine clearing, came back, villagers gone! all of them!!

    Went to next village, bagged a couple and brought them back to my village. Went mapping, came back, all the villagers gone.... In both villages!!

    Found a third village, buried deep in sand, with 3 villagers... Left everything alone except for clearing some sand, and put in a couple of doors to the village huts.

    Went back to my base built an automated chicken breeder/farm/cooker...

    Popped in to see villagers, as it the other side of the map to my base....

    Villagers all gone!!!!!

    There are now no more villagers on the map, every time I left them alone they DESPAWNED!

    It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for everything to show back up.

    Hello ForeverEndless,

    As Smwutches says, there was an error loading user profiles to the web page which caused users to see a blank account. We have since fixed this error. Furthermore, we responded to your previous post at (March special offers)
    with some investigative questions.

    Adding on to that, it seems as if all of my Microsoft rewards points have disappeared, although that is not that big of a deal.

    Hello Big Joe 410,

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.
