    Supporting what ObsessivePower said and based on the information you provided.

    You may want to change your RAM despite the software test telling you that they’re OK.

    In case you have two modules of RAM used, you can try to get just one new RAM and once inserted in your PC, verify if something similar occurs.

    Another option could be to try downgrading your system to Windows 10 and test the games.

    I have used Memtest 86 to test Ram and it tested good. I Have used the Sfc and Dism commands.

    I can't find any updates I have not already installed. Full scan did not find any malware but tried to do an offline scan and it will not run. i have not tried the hardware replacing. i have ran multiple tests but they showed fine so far.

    Really it may be too many to list but lets see if I can remember most of them. I have done several systems wipes/ restores. I Have done the Dism/SFC commands multiple times. Reinstalled games multiple times. Uninstalled GPU drivers and reinstalled multiple times. Used DDU the last time to do it. Updated windows. Ran Memtest 86. Have had Dell support work on it. Probably some more I am not remembering right now.
