All of my games are deleted and I am really annoyed

its say all my friends are "offline" i am getting really annoyed with microsoft, all they do is have problems!

Frankly, I am not a massive fan of this "external" hard drive. I find that even after I have added it to my Xbox One, I still need to keep deleting games and data from my internal HD. So for me.. it is all confusing and annoying. Updates and all that keep
getting added. Some at 30 GB plus. So in the end I am still deleting my games after adding these external HDs.

I am having this same issue. Tried to purchase several games via the console and xbox.com. Chatted with support twice,yesterday and today. Was told each time it would be resolved soon. Have not been able to get an explanation ech time.
