All of my friends’ switches have disappeared.

I logged into their account on my Xbox, set it to home, and then when I attempted to play a game it said I needed to sign into the owners account. I went online only to find all the switches have disappeared (one has ever been used), and neither of us have the “home” designation now.

During all the 'Login to Live' problems earlier I kept my console switched off, occasionally switching it on again and trying to log in. After a friend text me and said Live was back on, I immediately logged in, no problems. Apart from my entire friends
list has disappeared too! I tried to request friends again but it wouldn't allow it. My friends say they can see when I come online but I'm basically a lone gunman out there! Can't message, can't party up.... do Microsoft have any idea of a time scale for
rectification?

Okay so if I switch my console to the home Xbox, I’ll have access to all the packs I used to have, including the ones bought on my moms account?

If so once the packs are done installing or something, if I switch the console back does that all disappear?
