All my Xenoverse 2 data is gone

I had logged in to my Xbox after a while of not playing it, I reinstalled Xenoverse two and when I tried to play it didn't even try to sync data which had left me confused, after which I got to the character select screen where none of my characters where
displayed, I created a character and got into the game but when I checked my skills, none of them were there, none of my clothes or super souls ether. Everything was gone I checked and I still have all of my achievements so I know nothing happened there but
still, Everything is gone, what do I do?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to recover your save data.

Save data is located in two locations, in the
Cloud Storage, and in your local hard disk drive. [HDD]. The save data that is stored in your console is synced up to the Cloud, and then that new save data overwrites the data stored in your console. This a process that is done automatically.

Keep in mind that if you removed your account from your console or uninstall a game, the save data that is stored locally is automatically deleted. The only way to recover your save data at this point is to launch the game with the account you had your save
data in order to sync it. This is also done automatically, however you are able to cancel this.

If you are unable to recover your save data using the information provided by Xbox Forums Ambassador

Unfortunately I've had to reinstall all my games after resetting my xbox to factory setting. I'll see if this works. I'll be upset if all my saved data is gone and if I can't get a hold of my pre-order bonuses from the Halo: Master Chief Collection and Dragon
Ball: Xenoverse.

it did not help. my cloud game data works well on other games its just Xenoverse 2 that has the issue

Hi so my xenoverse 2 has been running fine but i got xbox live gold again and it stoped and reset all my data for the games i had a level 70 a level 67 and a level 90 so please help
