All my Xbox Profile in Xbox App and Xbox.com are gone now.

there is currently a service alert up and Xbox is working to fix the issue https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

It's effecting all xbox platforms, mobile and PC apps included.

Also, as stated before, I can send messages on my Xbox One just fine.

This morning I logged into the Xbox app with a separate gamertag, and the messages won't load on that gamertag either.

I then logged into that separate gamertag and went to Xbox.com, and the messages loaded.

Hot. Mess.

I have gone through all of these steps as well and my phone app is now worthless. According to the ratings on the store, many others are having the same issue. It all started with the 4/13 app update.

ya, something is going on here, turned my xbox on and it says I've only played mass effect 2 and all my achievements are gone, as does my profile on xbox.com. but my gamercard says I have 41440...what the heck is going on.

I try many steps :

. Clear Cache

. Removed profil / Recover profil

. Change password on Xbox.com

. Try my profile on other Xbox One

. I can't "like, share and comment" on ALL device (Xbox.com, Smart glass and Xbox App on Windows 10)

. Many of my Friends on Xbox Live have also this issue.

. Create another account for "like, share and comment" WORK PERFECTLY.

This happend to me to with Ac revelations.

I unlocked 2 achievements but there now gone and need to restart the game all over to unlock them again!

Edit: now i see that my gamerscore is still 40 g on xbox.com but got them back on my xbox
