ALL MY XBOX ONE DIGITAL GAMES AND SAVED DATA ARE GONE

I've already tried the last one, the console reset but that didn't change anything. Do I have to try the other 2 first in order for it to work or no?

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

delete your locally saved games. After they are deleted, the Xbox One should automatically

power-cycle afterward, try launching your game again to resync your latest saved-data.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to recover your save data.

Save data is located in two locations, in the
Cloud Storage, and in your local hard disk drive. [HDD]. The save data that is stored in your console is synced up to the Cloud, and then that new save data overwrites the data stored in your console. This a process that is done automatically.

Keep in mind that if you removed your account from your console or uninstall a game, the save data that is stored locally is automatically deleted. The only way to recover your save data at this point is to launch the game with the account you had your save
data in order to sync it. This is also done automatically, however you are able to cancel this.

Same occurrence here! I recently had trouble with logging into gamertags on my Xbox One when offline, so I called Xbox support. The rep had me clear persistent data and also clear the MAC Address before deleting the troubled profile and redownloading it.
I asked him if it would delete any saved data on my local drive, since I do not have access to internet on a regular basis. He assured me it would not delete anything... low and behold all of my saved data is gone on my Xbox! Way to trust support!!! 200+
hrs of Fallout 4 gone, 50+ hrs of Ark gone, and every single other game gone!
