    All my Xbox games wont show up, why?


    My full library says "having trouble showing right now" and xbox game pass is barren too. Is this just me? If no why cant i find an answer to whats going on? If yes, how do i fix, it?

    Please try to check your game in the order history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home just to make sure that the purchase was through your account. However, if the game is in the account, I suggest to remove your account and add it back.

    Yes sir I have done both switching cords and HDMI inputs but I could try to change to a different TV, thank you.

    Hello Bacon327, have you tried changing the HDMI cable that is connected to the console, or also changing the TV's HDMI input, for example if it's on HDMI 1, put it on HDMI 2?

    Another test that you can do if possible would be to connect the console to another TV to see if it shows an image normally.

    My xbox has been experiencing these issues for a while now it wont show my xbox friends and when i search up their profile it says their offline it doesnt even show my friends list at all only xbox app it will and when i go on my second account it shows
    my friends list but now it will show everyone offline and wont let me hear them this is the second time this has happened and i just hope microsoft can fix this and my friends list not showing problem
