    All my stuff has gone!


    I got with a new partner and lost all my stuff when I moved in with her including my Xbox, her little lad loves Xbox so I explained to him that I had multiple games and add one for the games (characters,guns,camos,bikes) and he was more than welcome to lay on my account but when I signed into the Xbox all my stuff had gone and it was like a new account. Please can you help as I spent a lot of money on my account and my step son would love to play on it

    this happend to me but i lost completly everything my games i downloaded now have to repurchase gamerscore game saves the only things that are still there are my characters customization like on the homepage and my gamertag i dont care about my game save
    or achive ment i just want my dowloaded game back bacause i do whant to waste money on repurchasing them any help

    Hey there SHORTBOYSWAG315,

    when you deleted your profile. It seems like you clicked on delete Profile and Items. Meaning you can't get any of your lost data back, other than maybe purchases, and online things like Call of Duty and GTA Online.

    Sounds like you selected "Delete Profile and Items" instead of "Profile only". Unfortunately there's no way to fix that.
