    I have lost all my progress on the daily challenges for the month of June. The system was fine this morning, now all are missing, like I havent played at all this month.

    I am having a similar problem with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.. My game data is all in place for the first 5 months of this year. Then for 1 to 14 June is missing, but back again from 15 June onwards. Is there any way to recover the data for the missing 14 days?

    Please try to uninstall the game first then log out of your account, log back into your account after that and try to reinstall the game.

    Normally, this should load up your original game data. If this doesn't sort out the issue, I would highly recommend reporting it to the game developer using this link for further advice, https://microsoftcasualgames.zendesk.com/hc/en-....

    You will need to confirm with them if there is another way to recover your game progress.

    I bought a one year Premium subscription to Solitaire in June 2015 and now I've upgraded to Windows 10 Microsoft seems to have stolen the remaining 11 months and reverted my account back to standard mode.
