    All my progress in the solitaire collection has been lost 3 years of daily play gone


    My father has been playing the solitaire collection for three years he is 86 years old and are his computer stopped working so I took my laptop down there converted his stuff over to my computer and all of his stuff has been lost I can find his progress
    in Xbox place but not actually on his collection the name is still the same but three years of his stuff is gone can anybody help me figure out why and how to get back to it so he can play his game again

    is the game logging into the same live/microsoft account as before, and is windows also logging into that microsoft account or do you have it set as a local account.

    The old basic card games are all still there. When you first start solitaire collection

    On the left hand side of the screen are the 3 basic games of Klondike solitaire,

    Free cell solitaire and spider solitaire plus a couple new ones. You do not have to

    Play the Daily Challenges or the star collection if you don't want to.

    Withdraw latest changes in MS Solitaire Collection

    Pretty much all I feel about this update has been said already, Microsoft please PLEASE roll back the changes to the Solitaire Collection.

    Freecell feels awful to play now. Coming from someone who's been playing Freecell on/off for the last 20+ years.

    Can't believe I'm leaving feedback on an update to Freecell (or that there's even a need to "update" the Solitaire Collection), but here we are.

    I was having this same issue.... another solitaire user posted a "fix" Lord knows Microsoft has ignored it for a month now!!!!

    If you go into your settings on your computer, find your apps (mine was in the systems folder labeled "apps & features") find the solitaire app and click on it, you will see the reset tab, click it. when you log back in it will ask you if you have used this
    PC to play before, click yes, and it will load your profile..... all of my progress for daily challenges was saved however I lost all of my star club progress... it did fix the white screen though
