    im using the same account as the old one even my name and pfp is still the same, but iv just randomly lost all my progress idk how My IGN: . i tried everything even repairing my files and redownloaded the game nothing has worked till now

    Did you make sure that you use the same account you used a year ago? If you have a different account, please try to sign it in to the Xbox app.

    I didnt create any new account i just recover it with the microsoft recovery steps like password and after the phone number that was not changed but my main problem its that i lost the games that i payed i had Forza Horizon 4 Forza Horizon 5 and some DLS`s that are all gone and i want my games back i even have the proof for Forza Horizon 5.
