All my profiles were removed from my console after restarting

This may mean that someone is game sharing with you but if I may ask, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues.

I've attempted every method to powercycle it, but nothing works, it stays the same, i also realized that 5 games have uninstalled themselves.

I also noticed that while my main account doesnt have gamepass i can still use it and play online

Odd that this happens just by restarting the console. This usually happens if we reset the console keep games and apps or remove everything.

Let's try to re-sync by performing a powercycle on your console.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Can you first try a full restart on the console by pressing the Xbox button on the controller selecting the System tab and select restart from the list. If this does not work can you next try

removing your profile from the console restart the console again and then re load your profile.

I am having this same issue. When trying to play FOrtnite or Roblox, i get the "Your account doesn't have permission to play this title" and "Purchase Xbox Live to continue." I've tried a hard reboot on the system, I've tried chaning my password. Still
no luck. Will removing the profile remove any or all of the accomplishments and/or settings from my profile?

If restarting your console did not help I would next suggest to try
removing your profile from the console then restart the console and then re load your profile.
