All My Points Vanished AND Current Offers Arent Crediting

Hi.

1. All of my rewards points for doing MySurveys have disappeared.

2. I did not get any rewards for purchasing any of the games I've bought through the xbox store. I know I am definitely missing points there.

3. For the Rebel Rewards - Earn 5 achievements (in specific games) I have not received any points here either. I worked to complete this task twice by earning 10 achievements in Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast and the Furious on 05/17/2017 and MyRewards is
telling me I have not earned anything!

Can you guys please fix my account, restore the points that disappeared for all of the MySurveys I have done, credit my points for the games I have purchased, and figure out why the Rebel Rewards points never credited to me even though I actually did the
task twice?? I'd really like for this stuff to work

Optional missions vanished

Has anyone has a problem in true value hunter mode were optional missions vanish from the "my missions list"? All I see in the list are the current story line mission and completed missions. I can't find or take optional missions. Anyone know what's
going on?

 

My Microsoft points are gone

I used to purchase the points with my credit card, but I can't use it anymore, so I paid for them with PayPal. After some spending I still had 4000. Today I checked my profile, and all of it vanished. There is no reasonal answer to that. I haven't received
any mails about it, didn't get any cash back and my Microsoft Points Activity says, that there was no transactions. Still my current point balance is 0 points. Do you have any clues? I need some answers and my points.

 

Check your statement on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. It sounds like your credits were actually deposited and your statement would list if they were and when the deposit took place. You can also verify the deposit at

For the purchases, are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

For the achievements, did you purchase the game this month also? In order to receive the credits for completing the achievements you have to complete the first part of the offer by purchasing the game during the offer period and then completing the achievements
in the game you purchased. If you purchased that game before the offer began, it wouldn't count.

We do not see any activity on your account since your last survey in November 2016. The Credit for that survey were included with your Credits for your console purchase and deposited on December 14th. For reference, a record of all Credit and deposit activity
can be found in the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

As Smwutches says, in order to get Credits for the achievement portion of Rebel Rewards, you must make a eligible game purchase during the offer period and complete level 1 of the offer. From the FAQ:

• Level 3: START YOUR MOVEMENT (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) — Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.
