All my online savegames are gone in my PC Game Pass account

I´m a PC Game Pass user since years. Yesterday night I played for a while with no issues like every day. Today I opened the Game Pass, started the same game and it can't sync my savestates. Everything's fine. The client works and the game works, but it seems that I´ve never played it. I've tried with two more games and the same issue appears. The game can't find any data and it asks the basic game information in order to start a game. And i´m afraid some of them have overwritten my data, losting all my progresses. Tons of hours are gone!

Trying Hi-Fi Rush, a message apperas telling me that there was some error loading my info. In other games, they simple don't ask anything and starts like a clean new game with no progresses. I´m terribly afraid!

I've checked all and seems to be ok:

- I´m login with the proper xbox account

- The Internet connection is fine

- No new system or O.S update since yesterday

Sorry to hear about what happened! On on your case where you suddenly encounter the issue, possible you are one of the affected users since there is a server issue right now. No worries! It is being fixed by Xbox already you may check the status via https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status

You can sign in your account and choose to be notified so you will be aware once they are done fixing the issue.

xbox pass ultimate work toward PC, but not the oposit, so you need the pass on the Xbox first, and then you can play the game on PC using the same account.

On the other end, savegame are per machine, unless you play a MMO, any single players will have their own savegame

I had to reset EVERYTHING, apps and games as well. Now i just HOPE my savegames were all stored on cloud. I always play connected to my account, so even if i'm not a gold subscriber everything should be fine, and my savegames shpuld be all doenloaded once
i start the game... or at least i hope so.

Thank you for trying to help me, I checked my game pass and it's correctly registered (Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta)), and my account is verified on my windows 10 pc, everything seems to be fine but Forza 4 online still not working.

There is no way to transfer games from the console to the pc. You have to download them through the windows store or the xbox app. If you have your savegames in the cloud and start the game on the pc they should synch with you cloud savegame as long as
you use the same account.
