    My Xbox one has been acting up recently and for some reason all disk games are working fine, but all games downloaded off the store, or off gamepass/EA play have become completely unbootable or have reverted to trial versions (EX hit man 3). I have looked online and have found nothing. Without this issue resolved, me and my family will be out hundreds of dollars on games and many hours of saves.

    I understand you need help with your games.

    What error are you getting when you try to play your games?

    Are you using an external hard drive to store these games?

    You can try doing a reset on your console to check if this helps.

    Let's refresh the console's system cache.

    NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

    No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select System.

    4. Select Console info

    5. Select Reset console.

    6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

    This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

    If you bought the xbox one minecraft bundle it should have a code or a hard disk copy. If not then you just have the trial version and not the full version of the game.

    i no longer have internet at my house and all my fukll games revert to just trials.

    I have experienced the same thing when my internet was down for a few days. I had bought and downloaded from my console and all my XBLA games reverted to trial versions.

    Have you tried deleting the Trial version completely then installing the game only and trying it then.

    There's no trial version to have if you do it that way.
