I know this has been tough for you. Don't worry, I'll do my best to help you.

Go to the Start menu and search for Run. Alternatively, you can press Windows key + R.

Type "%appdata%" and press OK.

Go to your .minecraft folder, then your saves folder and (if you remember the name of your deleted world) copy and paste the world folder into the same saves folder.

Go back into Minecraft and play in your recovered Minecraft world.

Your worlds should be stored on the cloud, so uninstalling the game should have no effect on them.

Your worlds won't be deleted unless you manually go down to the delete world button within the Minecraft menus itself. The only other way to delete the worlds, would be to manually delete the cloud saved data.

So in short, uninstalling the game is okay... and nothing will be deleted and you can come back and reinstall it at any time and everything will be right where you left it!
