Discus and support All my Microsoft Games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Not just MS Jigsaw, but also MS Sudoku and MS Solitaire all freeze for up to 45 sec waiting for an add to load.     All my Microsoft Games


    Not just MS Jigsaw, but also MS Sudoku and MS Solitaire all freeze for up to 45 sec waiting for an add to load. Makes timed challenges frustrating. Also cannot get through the daily challenges on each one without them closing. All worked fine at first. My
    guess is because I have not purchased premium version or was a bad update. But since all 3 games are doing it, I'd say it's the first. And no ither games we play on this outside of Microsoft behaves this way.

    I have a fairly new computer with Windows 10. Kaspersky virus protection. Ran full scan. Cleaned out cache, browser and removed temp files. Does this on both MS Edge and Firefox.

    I don't mind the ads. Sometimes one will interest me and I'll click on it. But these games are becoming no fun when it's such a pain to get through them with the long freezes and the crashing. Would not give good reviews the way they are all running. But
    I would like it fixed because I really enjoyed the daily challenges before all the problems.

    Lost the double tap option on all games as well as other players. please....... how do we fix it?

    You should be able to reinstall games that you have purchased. Be sure that you are signed in with the correct microsoft account on your PC and console companion.

    there should be no problem with your account since doing a complete reset does not mean that the games are deleted from your account

    I believe you have not lost, check your account correctly, because everything that is purchased in the account belongs to it, enter the main account (from which the games were purchased) If you continue, contact support.
